Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage master production schedule and operations budgets for products and ensure that the product is delivered to agreed cost, quality and timelines.
Ensure quality products and adherence to productivity annual goals and objectives.
Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labor and equipment to meet production targets.
Continually evolve, design, and implement operational initiatives, and production procedures.
Collaborate with the quality department to monitor the various aspects of food processing to ensure final product meets set specifications.
Ensure compliance with all internal and external food production regulations and legislation.
Responsible for overseeing of R & D process.
Proven experience of production management and Research and Development.
Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
Experience in a food processing facility and scientific laboratory research techniques.
Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations
Masters degree in food science, food technology, or Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Head in a food industry
HACCP, QMS and other relevant food industry certifications

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Operate processing and packing equipment that are equipped with a manufacturing recipe management system, batch cards, recipe sheets, SOPs and standard work instructions.
• Inspect and maintain safety (LOTO) and quality (HACCP / GMP) parameters and specification.
• Safe execution of equipment start-up and shutdown procedures.
• Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
• Prepare production documents, such as manufacturing records, quality records, inventory reports, or productivity reports.
• Adjustments of key variables/parameters of the process and demonstrate how adjustments impact the finished product.
• Execute Autonomous Maintenance activities - general cleaning, inspection and lubrication of equipment to prescribed standards.
• Detect equipment abnormalities and improve to prevent future equipment deterioration.
• Maintain equipment performance through the understanding of equipment structure and functions and able to discover the cause of equipment abnormalities.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and equipment electrical control systems.
• Work independently or with a team and utilize problem solving tools to determine root cause, eliminate losses, and improve processes.
• Ensure full compliance with Company Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Previous experience of working in a manufacturing/production role, food and drinks. manufacturing experience preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:
A Process Engineer is a specialist in their function and in a specific product category, therefore must have a deep understanding of the product properties, engineering and quality aspects. They are part of a team made up of the various functions especially Production and Quality Management and work to enhance the business objectives and Operations performance
• Daily support including factory floor problem solving, troubleshooting, training, coaching
• Leading process improvement projects with factory teams to eliminate top losses
• Utilize external suppliers, experts, and management to ensure proper technical solutions are defined and implemented to eliminate root causes
• Develop training and skills assessment for hourly and salary team members.
• Supports new product or process implementation.
• Ensure processes & equipment are compliant with all internal and external safety environmental and quality regulations.
• Ensure equipment is functional with satisfactory performance to produce quality product.
• Support implementation of continuous improvement and operations management systems and routines.
• Interface with Production, Quality, Management Teams.
The successful candidate will oversee the operational activities at te facility while identifying, evaluating, implementing operational improvements and managing a large team. Roles and Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment in our food manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for the duration of the production shift. The employee is infrequently required to sit; climb, balance; and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Perform replacement on diagnosed faulty electrical elements of machine including motors, relays, and switches; and set-up sensing mechanism, utilizing hand tools.
Carry out diagnosis and correct or replace malfunctioning electronic units.
Monitor and record health and performance of electrical components.
Diagnosis and repairing of electrical components.
Assistance and management of contractors’ roles for electrical duties.
Support and assistance to operations/production department for maintenance jobs.
Ensure availability of electrical spare parts on site.
Run diagnostic tests to ensure system functionality.
Troubleshooting of PLC programs and liaison with machine suppliers.
Perform emergency repairs and calibration and adjustment of electrical components.
Follow safety rules and regulations.
Maintain and ensure a safe and clean work environment.
Assistance and support in building maintenance activities and factory operations.
